Sicily is certainly the right place to spend long or short enjoyable holidays, with it’s cloudless blue skies and it’s fantastic blue and green sea. The dark black volcanic lava rocks from Etna. There are vast spaces of greenery going towards the mountains and woods, not forgetting an incredible internal countryside, too.
It might occur during your stay to see Etna’s peak covered in snow, a wonderful sight especially if at the time there are also red streams of lava running down it’s sides.
>From far away the orchards full of oranges hanging from the trees, while looking up at the volcano, slowly their fruit turns red.
Etna is known as the “Good Giant”, it dominates everything and everybody and in the past it enchanted the Greeks leaving behind their wealthy piece of art and temples.
